Gentle yet powerful, Pilates encourages mind-body connection and improves flexibility, postural alignment as well as mental wellbeing. True Path Pilates provides live classes via Zoom in both 1-2-1 and small group-based settings.

To help you feel good from the inside out, True Path’s naturopathic nutritional approach provides nutrition insight and personalised meal plans tailored to your own needs.
